Top All Rounders In Cricket

List of ICC’s best all rounder is very long so it's difficult to mention here, however I have tried to give information about some top all-rounder of the world according to my skill and knowledge of ICC Cricket world.
Cricket has become one of the most popular games in all over the world. All-rounders are very important part of the cricket team who can contribute their team with both bowling and batting. The game of cricket is developing like 'hot and cake' and as it develops, the importance of allrounders also increases because they are the key-factor to change the game to winning side or at lease give the momentum to team at any stage of wicket or bowling position. It is very tough to imagine a good team devoid of some good all rounders. There is a number of all rounder connected with cricket, so it is little difficult to say who is best of them. Currently, Jacques Kallis, Shane Watson, Scott Styris, Andrew Flintoff, Dwane Bravo, Yusuf Pathan, etc. are counted as best all rounders in the ICC cricket world. In the past, cricket had many all rounders including Kapil dev, Ian Botham, and Garfield Sobers, who all gave their best performance for great victories of their team. Here I want to discuss about few most famous all-rounders (in my opinion) who have the ability to beat any rivals in ICC cricket world.

Top best All Rounders in ICC Cricket world cup

10, Yusuf Pathan
Source: liveindia.com
Indian cricket team’s all rounder Yusuf Pathan is now in a best form. He has not given best performance at the international stage except for that awesome century against New Zealand recently. Currently, he received third highest bidding for IPL 2011 from Kolkata Knight Riders for his last time IPL performance, where he was considered as a dangerous batsman. If he can repeat his IPL performance in 2011 ICC world Cup, then definitely India will beat any team of ICC and reach at ICC world cup final. Recently, Pathan defeated all South Africa’s Bowlers at Super Sports Park on Sunday Jan 24 and made century in 68 balls with seven boundaries and eight towering sixes, what a great inning was that!!!
9, Dwayne Bravo
Dwayne Bravo is a genuine bowler & all-rounder of West Indies cricket team. First he played world cup series in 2007, where he had disappointed with their score. But this time he is expected to play an important role in attempts by the West Indies to return to international fame in the sport. Bravo also played for the Mumbai Indians in the last IPL seasons and for the 2011 IPL Season, he has been picked up by the Chennai Super Kings.
8, Shahid Afridi
Pakistan cricket team’s all rounder Shahid Afridi remains a risk for every team desiring to win the world cup 2011. This year Pakistan all-rounder Shahid Afridi will lead the team in the ICC World cup 2011. This player has lots of potential to defeat opponent team. In the ICC world cup 2011, the whole responsibility of Pakistan team is on his shoulders, so definitely he needs to do lots of preparation to prove himself in the world cup.
7, Abdul Razzaq
A great all rounder, Abdul Razzak is the hero of the Pakistani team because he can do everything right from opening the bowling attack to pinch batting. 2010 year was not good year for Pakistani team, in which they had lost several matches compared to they won. But during this time they have achieved huge contribution of Abdur Razzaq. He played excellently in 1999 world cup. He is a handy lower-order batsman and an excellent hitter of the cricket ball. Recently he shattered Pakistan to an unbelievable victory against South Africa, where his victorious century changed the route of the match and the series. On this list he stands on 7th position with his best form. Again he is ready to beat opponent team by his bowling and batting.
6, Andrew Flintoff
England team’s all time best all rounder, Andrew Flintoff has proven to the cricketing world that he can be ferocious with the ball and bat. He made his first appearance in England team in 1998 against South Africa. A truly remarkable all rounder was made captain of the England team in 2005. He was continuously rated in the middle of the top international all-rounder in both ODI and Test cricket. He can bowl and bat aggressively and uses his height while bowling. Unfortunately, he will not be listed in England squad of 2011 ICC cricket world cup and this could be the biggest lost of the England team.
5, Angelo Mathews
Angelo Mathews is the all rounder of Sri Lanka team. This is the first world cup series for Angelo Mathews. Batting and bowling of Mathews has been a key factor in the present form of the Sri Lankan side. He is not only partnership breaker but also wicket taker of some reliability. The batting of the Mathews is also good that becomes very helpful when team is in under pressure. He has performed outstanding against Australia team in Australia this year and this is enough to get him at number 5 on this list.
4, Scott Styris
New Zealand All rounder, Scott Styris got the 4th position in my list of top best all rounders. He is an aggressive right-handed middle order batsman and a right-arm medium pace bowler and also capable to defeat any player. He had played for IPL Team Deccan Chargers in 2008, but in 2011 IPL tournament he will play for the Chennai Super Kings. The present form of the Scott Styris is good, which may become danger for rivals.
3, Jacob Oram
Jacob Oram is also the all rounder of New Zealand team. His abilities with both ball and bat have made him a regular player in the current New Zealand International sides. Performance of this New Zealand all-rounder is outstanding in any match, so presence of him is strongest part of the team. In Indian premier league he will play for Chennai super kings.
2, Shane Watson
Australian team’s all rounder Shane Watson is opening batsman in international cricket. He gave his good performance in the recent ODI series against England. He has single handedly won matches for Australia, and currently stands with his best form. This time Australian team's world cup's batting responsibility will depend on Shane Watson's performance. He is good with his bowling and batting. He can bowl in the middle over. With his line and length he can disturb batsman and also open the innings with a blast.
1, Jacques Kallis
South Africa’s middle order batsman Jacques Kallis is one of the greatest all-rounders of cricket history. He is a back bone of South Africa's batting line up. Since 1996 world cup, he has played on numerous occasions in the sub continent. He has played outstanding in the last few years, in both formats of the game. By his great performance, South Africa team won the ICC Champions Trophy in 1998 in Bangladesh. Because of his form against Pakistan team in recently-concluded series, he got first position on the best all-rounder list. He can bowl at good line and length.
I miss also other good All Rounders in cricket history including James Franklin, Yuvraj Singh, Chris Gayle, Daniel Vettori, Shakib Al Hasan, Virendra Sehwag, Paul Collingwood, Ryan ten Doeschate, Kane Williamson, Nathan McCullum, Darren Sammy, Kieron Pollard, Sulieman Benn, Ajmal Shahzad, Stuart Broad, Steven Smith, Cameron White, Faf du Plessis, Wayne Parnell, etc. Sorry for all other allrounder for not including in my list
