The well known former CEO of Apple, Steve Jobs’s name got added to the top ten most googled people, 2011 twice; once when he took leave on deterioration of his health and then again when he breathed his last.
7. Amy Winehouse
Was known for powerful deep contralto vocals, Amy Winehouse was an English singer and song writer whose untimely death at an young age of 27 years made people google her name at a high rate. Alcohol poisoning was responsible for her death.
8. Osama Bin Laden
Osama Bin Laden was the founder of al-Qaeda, the jihadist organisation which responsible for the September 11 attack on the United States Twin tower.
